Chia Seed and Pomegranate Breakfast


  • 30g Porridge Oats
  • Half Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Handful of Pomegranates


  1. Measure oats and place into a jar.
  2. Pour the almond milk over the oats until they are covered.
  3. Add Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and peanut butter and stir.
  4. Place in fridge overnight and before serving in the morning add a handful of pomegranates.
