The Simple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 sliced banana

  • 2 handfuls of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon of Whole Earth Peanut, Pecan and Walnut Butter

  • Enough milk or non-dairy milk to cover

  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Makes enough delicious smoothie for two.
