Dice the chicken, red pepper and onion and place in the slow cooker. Make the stock and pour into the slow cooker with the 4 tbsp. soy sauce, cumin, garlic, chilli and salt and pepper. Cook all of the ingredients in the slow cooker on low for around 4 hours.
Take 200ml of stock from the dish and mix it with the flour, peanut butter, left over soy sauce and lime juice. Add this sauce back into the pot and cook for another 30 minutes before serving.
