Nutty Oats with Easy Blueberry Compote


  • 30g oats
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • Teaspoon agave syrup (or honey/sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter


  1. Combine the oats, milk, sweetener and vanilla in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring as you go until combined. Leave to stand for a minute.
  2. To make the blueberry compote, heat the blueberries and lemon juice in a small saucepan on a medium heat for 2 minutes until piping hot.
  3. Add the oats and compote into a bowl and top with a hearty dollop of peanut butter.
