peanut butter frosting
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Yield: Enough to frost 12 cupcakes
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup Whole Earth smooth peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
How to make
- Place the sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Mix on medium-low speed until it is creamy.
- Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.
